Massimo works mainly in the field of tax and corporate advisory services to companies, covering both routine and extraordinary matters; he advises “Ordini professionali”, handling bookkeeping and the preparation of financial reports, budgets and accounting regulations.
He also advises on corporate restructuring and recovery plans; his experience in business recovery procedures covers both the preparation of industrial plans and the certifications required by law.
Massimo holds several engagements as statutory auditor and has been appointed as an expert in the negotiated crisis resolution procedure for PMI.
Marta Bottazzo
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Marta is an accounting expert and works mainly in administrative, accounting and tax advisory and assistance, both routine and extraordinary, for sole proprietorships and companies.
She also provides tax assistance to individuals, shareholders and sole traders, and handles the accounting management of professional bodies and the preparation of their financial reports. She supports sole proprietorships and companies in managing administrative matters and dealings with public authorities.
Luca Marcazzan
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Luca advises businesses and professionals on contractual, corporate and tax matters, both routine and extraordinary. He provides advice and technical assistance on business valuations, acquisitions and disposals, as well as on the management of extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, demergers, conversions and contributions in kind).
He also holds appointments as statutory auditor and as a member of the boards of statutory auditors of several companies and entities.
Paolo Rossi
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Following his university studies in law, Paolo has acquired in-depth expertise in both tax and corporate law. He also completed his professional training at a leading law firm. As a result of this professional background, his practice focuses on tax and corporate advisory services to structured businesses. He is an expert in corporate and tax law, as well as in inheritance and succession law.
He also carries out financial statement analysis and management cost control for several companies. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of APS Holding, the main investee company of the Municipality of Padua with over 600 employees, thereby gaining significant experience as a business manager as well.
Antonio De Polo
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Antonio works mainly in the fields of corporate finance, corporate advisory and economic and financial planning for SMEs, industrial groups, investors and financial institutions. In the course of his professional activity, he has gained significant experience in the preparation of business plans, industrial plans and economic and financial models, as well as in the valuation of businesses, equity investments and intangible assets in connection with extraordinary transactions, acquisition and disposal processes, corporate reorganisations and impairment testing.
He assists entrepreneurs and management in structuring M&A transactions and in preparing valuation reports, fairness opinions and economic and financial sustainability analyses, supporting strategic decision-making processes and investments.
He has also built solid experience in business recovery and restructuring plans, supporting companies in financial distress through the preparation of industrial plans, going-concern analyses and negotiated crisis resolution procedures.
He also has specific experience in preparing business plans and economic and financial plans for investment projects in the renewable energy sector, with particular reference to biogas and biomethane plants, industrial revamping operations and the assessment of the economic and financial sustainability of investments.
